do you eat desert everytime you eat

we do not we have it only when it is a special occasion or when we go out for dinner i  try not to give a kids to much junk food because they would eat it all the time if i let them

No not every time but every once in a while when I have a sweet tooth. I have sweets for a snack so sometimes I don't have it every time I eat.

Now that I'm older I don't but growing up my mom made all kinds of desserts for us. What she also did was balance that out with making sure we got fruits and vegetables almost every day. We didn't eat too much sweets because my mom wouldn't let us. Balance is the key. I definitely still like my sweets but I don't have them every day.

Not really, if I did I would weigh a lot more then what I do. Hubby on the other hand would rather have something sweet any time any where.  But I just do not fix it all the time that way I keep his hands off some. Not that makes any difference he still finds something sweet even if it is a cold bowl of cereal at night. But uses sweetener and 2% milk. Like that is going to make a big difference.

No, I rarely will eat dessert. I would say that i don't even eat dessert once a month. I am really just not a sweet tooth and have never been.

I have dessert only on special occasions.  I love sweets, but I am a diabetic and can't eat a lot of sweets.

It depend when I have room for it   Mostly I don't, because I don't eat that much.  Sometime I'm in the mood of eating, then I order a lot of desert.
