I quit shopping there.
I had great service until the last time I shopped.
my packages were 3 weeks late.
I had a fraud case and that did not help my package deliveries.
One merchant selling through Amazon would not reimburse me, so I called my bank.
Visa got me my money refunded.
It is a pain to "close your account"
I don't know what happens to your account if you just stop shopping there.

I have not shopped a lot on Amazon, but I have never had a problem with them. Maybe  I have always just been luck shopping with them.

Ive never had a bad issue however i have never had anything major happen just a return or two.

I have always received excellent customer service when dealing with Amazon, never a problem.  I love shopping at Amazon, one of my favorite online shopping websites.  :)

I have never dealt with them ,but I did have to send a package back just last week so I guess we will see.

I have called amazon's customer service line only once and I got fast accurate service. The call was answered by a woman who knew what she was doing and I could understand her too.

I have only ordered from Amazon a few times but every time my purchase was easy and shipped quickly.

I have never had a problem with Amazon where I needed to contact Customer Service over the 8 years I've been a customer and have always given them a decent review. I have noticed a big change, though, in their products and prices and they are getting a wee bit expensive, so I don't do a lot of buying from there anymore.

I do buy stuff that I can't find locally, food or condiments. i can no longer buy Adolph's meat tenderizer locally and saw a deal on Amazon for 8 packs, so bought them. It's the only tenderizer that really does a good job on tough steaks and believe me, I've tried so many tenderizers and marinades that are supposed to do a great job. :)

I gotta say I've had nothing but sheer happiness with Amazon's Customer Service.  I've contacted them 3 times in the past and 2 of those were very recent.  They were all very polite, very helpful, and took care of any problems I had within a day or two.  Rather than "call" them, I use the "online chat" so I can get a copy of what all was said.  I've never had a problem with them not following through on any promises.  All in all, if I had to rate Amazon's Customer Service over other places I had to deal with, they get a 10+!

I've been doing ALOT of shopping at Amazon (PRIME member too) and I LOVE it.  I just had to contact customer service about a wrong item that was shipped to me.  They were awesome about getting the correct item to me ASAP, it was delivered in 2 days and on a Sunday.  Amazon's my latest shopping addiction.  :)
