Hi, yes I'm having an amazing day, I give all the glory to my Father in Heaven. No, I'm not ready for Christmas, but who ever is?

I am getting there, have a couple of holiday parties this weekend, it seems like a  rush in all the stores. I will not be doing a lot of shopping, but hope to pick up the few final gifts next week.

Nope am not ready for Christmas. but need to get started here.  We do not go all out on Christmas. Just a quite day at home and spend a little time at my brothers. But I do intend to go to church for Christmas eve.  After all that is why we have Christmas. I do so enjoy the services. On the 20th. we will stay after church and pack up about 75-100 Christmas boxes for the poor and deliver them. They get a turkey, canned goods, a package or 2  of cornbread dressing, rolls, fruit. cranberry sauce and of course a cake plus sugar cookies for the kids. Then we all go out and deliver the boxes. The families do so enjoy getting them. Makes a person feel good.
