Nothing cool. Thought I would be gone over dinner time, and have nothing exciting planned here.

Plans changed, so think I will make a little salad for myself....homemade cranberry sauce, cottage cheese, and Red Russian Kale sprouts (home-grown).

Red, green, white....tangy, crunchy, and creamy....ok, now I am hungry  :)

I was in the mood for beef hot dogs, saurkraut and a drink of milk.  Sometimes that combination hit's my "satisfied" spot.

Have a great day!

My husband does all the cooking in our house because he is much better at it than I am, plus he is paying me back for all the years when I was home with the kids growing up. I think he is making pork chops smothered in mushrooms and onions, mashed potatoes and broccoli tonight. Yummy!

We had scallops, but not many because they were expensive. A spinach salad with mandarin oranges, and baked potatoes.

Penwoir, can you do that with a beef roast also? Does it have to be diet soda?

Thanks, wrote down your recipe.

Whatever is in the fridge.  I don't like cooking for the most part.  I have been collecting recipes and cooking more.
