Can't cash out

I am having trouble cashing out. When I try, it says I need to reverify my email address. When I request an activation email, it is not receved. Please help. This happened last month also.

Are you sure you're using the email address that you used when you signed up with FC?  Have you tried checking your "spam" folder for the email?  If not, I would file a Ticket with Fusion Cash explaining in detail what's happening.  Good luck, I hope you get it all sorted out.

I'm not sure if this will apply to you or not but are you using Paypal?  If so, is the name on your Fusion Cash account spelled exactly like the name on you Paypal?  If not then make sure that every letter and character matches.

I had no problem cashing out.

Does the message tell you how to reverify your email address? Is there a link to reverify?

The best thing to do is to open a support ticket.
