I enjoyed being married but my husband developed bad habits and did not want to get help, so I had to get myself and my children out of the unhealthy environment we were in.

I was married for 34 years but my husband died in January 2013.  Being widowed sucks.  That is all I can say.  I miss being married and sometimes I want to meet some one else but then I don't and at almost 63 it doesn't seem to be that easy.

I was married for 6 years, and it was a horrible marriage that just ended in divorce. While we were separated, I met the man I am with now, who I can't even imagine living without, and have no idea how I lived without him before I met him. We are now living together and are planning our future. I realize that to some people marriage is important, but where I stand right now is that whether or not this man put a ring on my finger doesn't affect my love for him. I will love him whether or not we marry.
