I do not use the snooze button.  I set the clock for when I need to get up.  When the alarm goes off I get up.  I do not understand why anybody would set the clock half an hour early so they can hit snooze 3 times.

I generally wake up a minute or two before the alarm goes off. I rarely set my alarm on Sundays and still manage to wake up at six AM and have a totally productive day. I get up between four and four fourteen every other morning and my alarm is set for four fifteen. I taka a cat nap on Saturdays and set my timer so that I do not sleep more than fifteen minutes. I think that this is the only time my alarm actually goes off! So. to answer your question, I do not use the snooze button on my device. Years of programming my head and body has created a ninety percent effective biological wake up alarm. The last time that I overslept was about twelve years ago when I first started working a third shift job and was watching the kids when I should have been sleeping during the day.

I hit it a time or two, often not fully realizing it. For that reason, if there's something I seriously need to get up for, I put my phone out of reach from my bed so I'm sure to have to get up. And the volume has to be way up because early in the morning I'm so lazy that I might just decide to get used to the sound.

This is funny. I hit mine about five times before I actually wake up, but I set it earlier than I would like to wake up because of this. Its a bad habit, but I can't help it. They say it is better to get up the first time it goes off.

I hit the snooze button only once usually. Even then, I get up before my phone rings again

Used to have an alarm clock but quickly replaced it with my smartphone in college.. When I press the snooze button I usually turn off the alarm clock because I am awake.. However some times I close my eyes and the next thing I know I overslept and missed class.. I learn to have three alarms but got quickly annoyed on how much clocks I need.. I now just use my smartphone with three different times to ring

I seem to have an internal alarm clock. I rarely use a physical alarm clock at all.

If I am concerned about getting up super early, I'll turn one on just in case, but I never need it.

I never could stand using the snooze feature. I figure I should just get up if I'm awake. The earlier you get up the more you get done. That's a good thing.

Oh, and I do take a nap during the day most days.  ;)
