How do you eat your potatoes?

I love potatoes anyway they are fixed. They run my sugar up like crazy so I have had to cut way back eating them.

I take them any way i can get them whether mashed, fried, baked, boiled, or roasted it's all good to me lol! i'm more of a meat & potatoes guy "Per-Say" and i could really go for some french fries right about now speaking of it! >XD brb! >XD

I eat potatoes any way I can get them.  I just love potatoes period.  Fried, breakfast style, potato soup, mashed - lol you name it.

Steamed potatoes are really good!  I'm big on backed potatoes as well.

I will eat potatoes most any way but I usually eat them baked when I am at home. To me, mashed potatoes is the ultimate comfort food as long as they are homemade.
Sweet potato fries are pretty tasty as well. Hubby doesn't like them but that's more for me!
