Honestly, the punishment Wells Fargo received isn't enough. I'm disappointed in the legal process

I agree with you, probably was the culture of the operation, I have no problem with them firing employees but I also think those at the top should be fired as well as this was on their watch,  seems as if the lower line staff are taking the hit for this mess and of course the customers suffered!

I am absolutely disgusted with the recent (controversial) tactics of Wells Fargo...especially with how they failed to honor the benefits of servicemembers. I once had a student loan with Wells Fargo, and thankfully I consolidated it with another company just in time.
