Has Anyone Ever Persistently Harassed You Although You Blocked That Person?

I don't know about cyber bullies, but I keep getting phone calls that I don't want to take.  I block them and then they use a different number every time I block them.

No...I never been in a major incident on social media (or anywhere else) where someone wanted to cyber bully me. I'm very lowkey and usually avoid arguments with people. Best part of being a introvert.
