I prefer showering. I know a lot of people say taking a bath is relaxing but I don't have time for it and I hate how the water gets all soapy.

I take showers - haven't taken a bath in years!  It's easier to wash my hair , plus as I am older, it is easier than stepping in and out of a tub.

I like both, for the same reasons that most people gave. Showers are quick and I shower when I want to wash my hair.

Baths are so relaxing that they're good before bed to help you sleep.

Plus a nice hot bath can soothe your aching muscles, especially if you use Epsom Salts in the water. And baking soda in the water will soften your skin and help keep the tub from forming a dirty ring.  :)

Showers are 100% better. I just want to get clean and get on with my day. Every bath tub I've ever been in you have to exert constant effort to keep yourself from sliding under so how is it relaxing?

I use to love to get in a hot tub of water but over five years ago I had a knee replacement and nearly 2 years I fell and broke my femus bone and have a rod in that leg now.  I have to take a pan bath because I can not get my legs up over the tub to take a shower.  I wish I had the money to have a walk in tub.  But that is never going to happen.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :)

i mainly take showers --but do love a good long relaxing bath now and then !

This is the same with me.  A long soak some times is fabulous, for all the aches and pains and to just relax.

Shower.  I never liked the thought of sitting in dirty water which is what it is after you put your dirty body in it.
Have a wonderful day!

I take shower because it is faster for me. But only in winter time that I get in a tub and soak my body so I can loose all that muscle and tension from work. Helps with soreness too.

I shower daily- baths are for times when I need to relax and have a lot of free time!

It depends on if I want to get clean or relax.  If I just want to get clean I feel better with a shower.  The dirt runs off the body rather than you sitting and having it float around you.  If I just want to relax, ease muscle tention then I take a bath (preferable lavender or jasmine bubble).
