i got to spend the day with my dad and it was good --had a great meal and then he opened a few gifts he got --my brother and sister made it there also so all three of us was there for a change !

Happy belated Father's Day! Sadly I didn't get to celebrate it with my dad this year cause he's working out of state right now.

I did not do anything for Father's day but I do hope everyone had a great holiday during that time.

I didn't get to spend the weekend with my kids or my dad either, but next weekend I will have time with my kids, going to sit by the pool and have some fun in the sun.

Was a good day for us too; 2 of our 3 daughters were here with their kids.  I put the crockpot on before church so we could have a late lunch.  My husband really enjoyed the day since he didn't have to do anything lol   Sadly my dad has been gone since 2008 and my father-in-law since 2015 so we always have an empty spot in our hearts.

My Father's day was the whole weekend! On Saturday my son took me trap shooting (on my card) and I did awful but was just happy to spend time with the kids. Afterwards we went and had a few wings, picked up my daughter and went to a Greekfest where my son's girl friend was dancing. The whole family took me out to eat the next day and than we went back to the Greekfest so my wife could enjoy it as well (she had to play tennis on Saturday). We went home and the family jumped in bed with our two golden retrievers, a pizza and watched a scary movie (Split). The kids each gave me a book listing the fifty things they love most about me, bought me a massage and some new underwear. They know that I do not like people spending money on me.

We had Father's Day at out church, where we gave all Father's something, including my dad.

My poor dad had to work that night. Before he went to work we had Arby's and we got him some body wash and deodorant from Burt's Bees.

I went to see my dad so it was a good day!!
