hearing update

the judge at the first hearing had to recant his illegal advice to the defendant today. he had told her on 6-19-17 on public record that she did not need a lawyer and could gurantee no jail time!!  he did not even look at anything on evidence. plus it was on record he allowed a continuance from the 6-19-17 hearing for her to gather false witnesses.  also on public record. so I emailed the state attorney general, our us attorney general, my fellow hoosier our VP, our governor since the case involves witnessing goverment tampering . because the judge has to recant he got a call from one of the 4 I sent the information too his choice was to advise her correctly or be disbarred from ever practicing law. he originally was going to set trial for oct 16 it would have not allowed us to go on our vacation but the public defender needed time to see the case. so he asked for 11-20-17. we are going to ask no more continuances because I homeschool our daughter she had to miss because of court. my husband's job doesn't allow him off for court he is docked points. if he loses his job we are going to sue her for lost wages .

I don't understand much about law, but that sounds like it sucks. Hopefully it will end up working out in your favor.

yes pretty much if that wasn't bad enough yesterday  at the gas station my husband encountered the man who framed our son. I had to tell him calm down we got this. he would have hit the man that wouldn't help our son. it was very hard though .  Yes the law does our area is known for two things corrupt policmen and corrupt judges.
