i have been married for 40 yrs...got married at 15,,,3 knids and 2 grandkids..dont think i would want to date these days

Married 35 years and inherited 3 stepsons and had 1 daughter of own.  Sometimes I wish I didn't marry someone with kids but my husband is great and would not have my daughter.  ( 1 of 3 sons is also great)

I'm recently divorced. I never want to get married again. I feel like marriage is for people who want to devote themselves to another person. I have other priorities in my life -- my house, my job, my pets. I value my independence too much to go through that again, though props to people who do find love. I'm definitely not against marriage. Just against it for me.

I didn't get married until I was 39 so I really didn't think it was going to happen for me. Then it did.  And its been good.

I've been married for 42 years to the same man and have never been married to anyone else. I like having a companion for life. Even though we disagree on a lot of things, I like having somebody else's perspective on all decisions I have to make in life.

I am dating, and I was married now divorced, if I got married again, it will not be a divorce later in my life, I want to stay married until death do us part, my mom and dad stayed together until she died, marriage isn't always a bed of roses, but you just have to work things out and don't go running to family members with what is going on in your married life.
