Summers Around The Corner, Here It Comes!!!

Feels like Summers already here with the extreme heat weve been getting in Texas lately

Spring just started on March 20th and summer doesn't start until June 20th so stop exaggerating and getting ahead of yourself.  Around the corner for you might be a bar where you may have had too many drinks

The spring so far in Texas has given us a taste of the heat that will come.  I hope that doesn't continue and instead, we get those days in the ideal low 70s for a long time.  It is so nice to see spring green up gradually.  It's a good time to trim trees and bushes before they get out of control, too.

We have all sat around twiddling our thumbs wondering what we could get into this summer. Something cheap and easy  and that will keep the kids occupied, while you have fun too! Is there anything in your areas you enjoy doing that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to do? Or festivals that come around your town?
We have a main street festival, filled with street food, live bands, and locals who make or grow what they are selling. We have a used book store that allows us to shop for new and used books, dvds, and music!
Anything like that you guys do?

I'm in New York there are a few things cheap here like the parks, beaches, street festivities and block parties. In the summertime, there is a free concert at Marine Park that plays like every other week until September I really enjoy it. Have a great day everyone.

I'm moving from an apartment to a house in the next month so my summer will consist of yard work, BBQ's etc. I am really looking forward to it!
