Question about cashing out

I am going to request my first payout this month...I hope.  I need $1 more in offers to reach my required $15 in offers. Is the $15 requirement for offers on a monthly basis, or will my first $15 in offers always count?

You need $15 in offers each time you cash out.

Ok thank you so much. I assumed you did need the $15 in offers oer cash out, but was not quite sure.  8)
