I only own one pair of leggings and I wear them for working out.  I believe it a personal preference .. If you feel comfortable in them by all means wear them.

Any age is okay to wear leggings as long as you realize they are not pants.  They were never meant to be worn as pants.  They are basically tights.  So you need to wear a really long shirt or dress over them.  That is what they were always intended for.

I agree with you countrygirl12.  Leggings were not intended to be pants.  I think they look super under long shirts and/or a dress.  Very classy.

I say wear them. You will be so glad you did. I am 66 years old and plan on wearing them no matter what age I become. So very comfortable.

I am 64 almost 65 and leggings are all I wear - so I would say no.  I was told leggings   I am not worried about anyone's opinion honestly and I have a heart issue that a therapist told me is helped by wearing leggings.  I say life is short be yourself and expect others to mind their own business.

I wear leggings on casual day at work, and a lot of the time on the weekend. Pushing 40, so I try to wear a longer shirt or cardigan/sweater over.

Definitely wear anything you want.  Beware of major panty lines with leggings.

I wear what I feel is comfortable and feel good about it. If leggings are comfortable wear them. They don't make clothes like they used to and finding what feels right's not easy. Be happy with leggings!
