Can I do fushio n cash when away from home

I never do FC from anywhere but home b/c I fear I could be in violation of the TOS.  I am not savvy enough to use something that lets me log on using my home computer (Team Viewer), so I just plan for those times I'll be gone and realize I won't be able to make my daily cents.  A few years back, I lost a bit of $ because I was gone most of the summer and had money "expire".  Since then, I make sure to cash out before I leave and then start over when I get back.  Its a bit of an annoyance, but is better than being removed completely from FC.

I use my lap top most of the time to do surveys so I would just take it along with me anyway when visiting away from home

Read the Terms of Service:

Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

That seems pretty unfair.  So, for 2 months, I can't logon from my laptop while I am traveling?  Nobody where I go is in FC and it is a private connection.

        I just take a days off if I travel. I try to make up those missed days from home before,  after, or both. Just having a mini vacation from Fusion Cash from time to time. It's sort of nice. Better to be safe than sorry later.

if you have access to another pc away from home, is good. But you can only have 1 account based off your household address

That does not mean you need to be there! There are many programs and methods to run your own personal computer at home from any remote location that has an Internet connection. I used to do this often by leaving Team Viewer running at home and using my laptop to access it while I was on vacation.

Technically you can log in from somewhere else, but the Terms of Service says you should only use FC from your personal internet connection. Therefore, I personally stick to using FC from my home connection only as I do not want to jeopardize any earnings.

If you have a laptop you can bring with you and use, you should be OK. I have gotten a complaint from support every time I have left town and logged in from a computer different from the one I usually use.

You can only use your home connection, I believe you may be able to do some surveys from your cell phone though, but that's all.
