Yes, I definitely have this problem. I overthink things and worry needlessly. But I try my best to stay positive.

In the immortal words of my mother:  Let Go and Let God.  Easier said than done sometimes.

Thank you so much for all your replies.  It is comforting to know I am not the only one who has this issue but I wish no one did because it is stressful.  Also I am happy for those who don't have this problem.  Have a blessed day all of you.

Yes. I’m still used to having had severe anxiety, and such a condition cannot go away fast at all.

I do too. I sometimes have flashbacks on what someone did to me. Especially when they don't apologize or acknowledge it. I just try not to think about them or what they have done.

WEll that depends. Some things I do; but others I can just remind myself why I want to forget that.

I do what I can and when I get to the point that I can't do any more, I give it over to the Lord in prayer.
Have a wonderful day!

I tend to be very high-strung and so it is usually difficult for me to let things go, especially when they are beyond my control.

Letting go sounds easy, but sometimes it isn't, depends on the circumstances, you have to be strong in heart and mind.
