Mine is not to go to as many doctors appointments as I did last year. I sure went too a lot that is all I can say.

I agree.  Happy Self Caring.

I just decided to take it real easy for this year and I have no goals whatsoever. That has never happened before, so I think one year like that is deserved in life.

My main goals are to continue getting back to my goal weight, buy another house, socialize more, and run a race for the cure among other things.

My goals for 2019 are:

1. To improve my financial health (pay off debt, save, and invest)
2. To improve my physical health (lose weight, eat healthier, drink more water).
3. To improve my emotional health
4. To improve my relationships (God, my family, my boyfriend)
5. To donate to my church and one to three charities I am most passionate about.

My goal is to build a patio in the backyard.  the owner of the house had the overgrown weeds and  brush cleaned up because I told him what I was planning. I have the pavers and I youtubed on what to do. it will be nice to have a backyard I can use again 8)
