I have heard nothing but negative things about Olive Garden. I actually wanted to give it a chance so that I can see for myself. But my boyfriend also spoke negatively about them. So, we will not be going on a date over there, LOL.

I do not care that much for Italian food...
but I love all the "sweet treats" at Olive Garden!

I don't really like olive garden anyway.  I would like their salad if they didn't only put their dressing on it.  I'd like a choice of dressing because I'm not crazy about theirs.  I don't know if I could ask for a salad with no dressing and bring my own or not.

The last time I tried to eat at Olive Garden there were so many people you couldn't get a seat. Went to Provino's instead.

Well I guess we were lucky, we have always had good service and good food.  We like them.

I don't really, like their sauce but what really annoyed me about OG is the really bad service! The waiter that served us totally ignored me, showed me no respect, messed up my order, never got us extra ice when asked. What totally pissed me off was my family gave him a really good tip even though he did a lousy job on our table!

I like Olive Garden and have never had a bad experience.  The food has been good and the service satisfactory.  I like to go at least once every 5 or 6 weeks.  I love their soups!  I probably order the all-you-can-eat soup, salad, and breadsticks about every other time I visit!

It seems like restaurants just don't care anymore.  I have a lot of trouble with chili's.  Have gotten gift cards to replace food but it takes forever and they act like you are being unreasonable most of the time.

It has been a very long time since I have eaten at Olive Garden....I don't eat out that much.
I do remember the salad and bread sticks were very good though.
I also remember that we had to wait a long time to get a table.  Could be why I haven't ventured back there.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. I'm actually always satisfied every time I go to Olive Garden. They're one of my favorite restaurants.

Olive Garden is one place I will never enter.  Some years ago, I was getting Takeout.  I had ordered beans as one of the items.  When I got home I discovered they had poured some beans out of the can.  Never again.
