I don't like boats and it is so much money to spend. I think there are better things to do on land then float around on a boat for a week.

I've never been on a cruise, but I like boats.  I like water. And I like to visit new places.  I just don't know if I want to do it with 5,000 other people.

I enjoy cruise ships, like any vacation I plan/budget for it. They are different in length, some a week or more other can be less then a week if you are looking for just a short getaway. Lots of people and the food is generally great. I would say if you have never been and are thinking of one then perhaps a short mini cruise might be better to see how you like it then taken a longer one. It just depends on what you are looking for; I have friends and family that just don't like to be  on a ship in the middle of the ocean that they cannot get off of in a hurry; so they don't take cruise.

I have never been on a cruise and would love to.  It is on my bucket list to do.

Cruising is my favorite vacation, you get to see so many places on a floating hotel. It's great

Depends on your personality and if you like to gamble.  Just walking around with nothing to do except gamble, it can be rather boring.  The water is beautiful and it  is relaxing, but for only so long.  I personally don't do cruises any more.

It was a very fun vacation.  I went when I was 15 or 16.

Oh, my goodness! My husband and I went on a 1-week cruise to the Caribbeans for our honeymoon. It was amazing! We went on fun excursions in the Grand Cayman Islands, Jamaica, and Mexico. We stopped at Royal Caribbean's (the best!) private island near Haiti and sat out in the sun on chaise lounges sipping our pina coladas. We had sumptuous breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with a head waiter, an assistant waiter, and an executive waiter at each one! There was an off-Broadway show every night, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The cabin was a little small, but you really didn't spend much time in it with all their was to do. I would highly recommend a sea cruise!

I've been on a handful of cruises, and have loved them all.  My favorite was the Alabama and friends cruise where my daughter and her band were one of featured acts. We had several family members on this cruise with us and we all had the best time.  I think destinations, themes, and the people you are with would make a huge difference in how much you enjoy a cruise.

I took my first cruise this past fall and really enjoyed it. It was exciting and different. At first when the boat moved it was making me slightly nauseous. And the plumbing and toilets are weird, lol. But other than that the entertainment, food places and scenery are amazing. I will definitely do it again!

I don't trust cruise ships to ever go on one.

Sounds like you did the same tour I did back in '88...  Was it Cozumel, Ocho Rios, Georgetown, and Labadee?

Neither have I and it depends on who you talk to whether or not you are missing anything.  Some people love them and some could care less or had a negative experience.  I personally have absolutely no desire to be out in the middle of the ocean in a boat.

Have only been on one and found out that I get seasick.  Was the worse vacation ever.  Although love see the sites at the ports we stopped at.  That was the most enjoyable part of the trip.
