First of many.  And the cases reported is going up by leaps and bounds every day in this country. Last I saw was up to 60.  By the time the person knows they are sick they have infected a bunch of other people.

Don’t believe the hype. The person was in their late 50s and had predating health problems

Assumptions are for fools and fear mongering just causes people to panic. No telling how bad it will get before things get better. Everyone eventually dies by one thing or another . You never know when your time will be up. Leaving the house every day you never know if your really coming back so live life the best you can and cherish what you got

Goodness! I hope that someone can find a cure for this epidemic, and very soon. This literally has hit very close to home.

Wash your hands a lot and wash for 20 seconds, not that 5 or 6 you normally do, don't shake hands, cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze, try to not be in very small enclosed spaces with bunches of people, stay home if you are not feeling well, and take care of yourself overall.  This is a virus that is very contagious but most people will not be affected adversely.  However, if you have a secondary condition, particularly respiratory, this could be serious. If you have older relatives or friends in nursing homes, please watch out for them and call medical attention to any who seem not well.  This virus could be dangerous with older people not in the best of health in places such as nursing homes.

The count is up to 6 now. All in the same area.  I do not believe all have other issues.  Of course they are going to say that.

This is basically now everywhere.
They just announced not too long ago some cases in Oregon and then 95.7 the jet is giving away a vacation to go down there to the mountains?
Yeah, that's exactly what people really want to do is catch coronavirus from traveling to a different state right now...Not!
I cannot believe that radio station.
They need to cancel all the special events everywhere until this stuff clears up.

The death count is up to 6 now with more testing positive for infection.  Seems that some have been infected and not known it, thus infecting others.
Have a wonderful day!

Traveling to a different state is not going to give you this virus.  It is all over the US.  People are all over the US and all over the world.  You have no idea who the people you come in to contact with are or where they have been.  If you have been following this at all you should know you can be a carrier and never show the first symptom.  You can have this for up to 30 days before you show the first symptom but during all that time you are contagious. So kind of blows the you have to have a fever to be contagious out of the water.

And I am so sick of hearing wash your hands.  So just wear gloves and you will be safe.  Since apparently it absorbs through your hands. (rolling eyes here)  When people cough and sneeze all over every thing germs are projected in to the air.  Most people do not cover their mouth.  OR they cover with their hands and then immediately touch every thing so the next person that touches it can be exposed.  And you would have to keep your hands in soapy water because you constantly touch stuff.  You constantly breathe air somebody else has breathed in to.  Unless you barricade yourself in your home.

Everything you hear is different so you don't even know what to believe.

It's not a hoax to the ones that lost loved ones from it or the ones suffering from it.   There is no way to tell if you have been around an infected person because this is a mobile society.  We come in contact with people or things they have touched all the time, like shopping carts, money, atm machines, doors, public restrooms, soap dispensers, light switches, silverware in food places etc.  Use preventive measures as much as possible.

Wow this whole coronavirus thing is really concerning.  I have to go out on a limited basis but I do have to go out to grocery shop and get gas for the car.  There is something about this whole thing that doesn't seem right to me.  Well I guess nothing to do but pray.
