I am certainly glad that you are back and feeling well and healthy.  Frankly, what happened may be a good reminder to relax and do joyous  and/or satisfying pastimes more often rather than be glued to a computer. This may be my last year doing three survey sites.  I am seriously considering going down to two.

I found it funny and had to tag it in this thread... Elsewhere in the forum there was a recent thread about Elizabeth Warren dropping out of the Presidential race. In the "related topics" list at the end of the thread (which I've mentioned before that I sometimes like to browse) the top item is a short thread from late 2009 titled "Thank you Warren Contreras".

Thanks everyone, I am slowly making progress. Today I set an appointment to start a cardiovascular rehab program April 29 for 12 weeks of exercise and monitoring that is designed to get everything working again. I am amazed with what is available now days.
