I set mine ahead the night before, I don't like the time change and wish they would leave it alone.

You could move to Arizona, they don't change the clocks there  :). I usually change them all in the morning when I wake up.

Thanks for the reminder! I know it's tough losing an hour of sleep but it helps with the sunlight....and the days are getting longer!

It seems like it takes my body clock at least a week sometimes two to adjust to the new times.  I thought in California we had voted to quit changing the time.

Already set the bedroom clocks ahead will do the kitchen before I go to bed.  Like the longer amount of daylight as I don't turn on lights until much later in the evening and saves electricity.

Anyone who wants to eliminate DST doesn't realize that daylight would take place a 4:30 in the morning. i definitely don't want to wake up at 5-6 a.m. in the morning. I love DST because it gets daylight at 5:30 in the morning and more daylight time at night to do things. They can eliminate the time we're on now because in mid-winter, it's still dark  at 7 a.m. and gets dark at 4-4:30 p.m. Can't get anything done in those hours.

Is it that time already???? Wish they would just eliminate it. it's very annoying for me! Lol

Oh gosh.  Had I not looked at this, I would have forgotten.  So do we turn ahead or back?

I'm waiting for DST to be eliminated.  On that day, I will rejoice.

I'm with you on that!

I had a very close reminder about Daylight Savings Time. I nearly missed my taxi ride to the airport because of it. Thankfully, I was prepared the night before!

I always set my clocks before I go to sleep on Saturday night.  My daughter told me today she saw on the internet that North Carolina is thinking about just going to daylight savings time all the time.

I don’t happen to like daylight savings time either. I wish that we didn’t have to worry about changing the clocks like this twice a year. Oh well, I set it up early this year. Thankfully my smartphone always keeps the correct time and sets itself automatically, unlike all the other clocks in my house that I have to set manually.

What states follow daylight saving time?

Daylight saving time in the United States. Most areas of the United States observe daylight saving time (DST), the exceptions being Arizona (except for the Navajo, who do observe daylight saving time on tribal lands), Hawaii, and the overseas territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico,.

Hi! :) :D
