I'm sitting on 27 at the moment, but that feels like I'm right on target.  As much as I'd like to create a post a day, I hardly ever stay that dedicated.  The muse strikes when the muse strikes.  I guess it depends a lot on the topics presented.  I do try to add to the topics whenever I can so that we all have more to write about.

I'm in the same situation as well, but this is pretty typical for me lol. I usually have to catch up on my posts towards the end of every month!

Yes, I am the same way wildpanda, I don't know why but some days when I have the time, I just don't feel like doing it! Then some days I'm just too tired from work to care. But usually when I get the "urge", I sail right along! I believe I am lacking about 5 right now, so I'll hopefully get on it this weekend.

Bostonphil, thank you for posting this topic.  I would say that many of us members can identify with your words, and it gives us another topic of discussion!  I, personally, like to hear the status of other members.  It can be thought provoking and motivating!

A lot of the people post the same topics over and over. I personally don't ever feel motivated to respond to anything anymore because people say the same things they do on other posts. I've decided to just start threads about new things instead to give people other things to talk about.

The point of discussion is to bring up what is going on in your life.  Being behind isn't lazy and look at how much discussion it brought about.

I usually follow a routine that seems to have helped me with my monthly forum posts: 30 is in minimum. That being said, I do 5 posts a day for 6 days. It seems to make things more manageable.

I am running out of things to post about. Everything is so confusing and news is the same. The world is weird right now

Not lagging, but getting sick of doing surveys, especially those that last for 30 minutes and they nicely disqualify you.

I am going to let you all in on my personal strategy.

First click My Forum Profile, hover over Modify Profile and select Notifications to turn the first two ON.

Now any discussions you are active on will send emails to you, so you can respond and stay active.

Then I come to the Forum and click on Unread Replies and respond to anything interesting.

When I finish, I click the FC Community link in the breadcrumbs at the top and then Unread Posts.

When done I click Mark as Read and exit.

I NEVER look at categories or block anyone and I try to avoid controversy, but there is plenty left.

If I get desperate, I browse Google Trends to find some good stuff to talk about.

I have only missed the $3 Forum Bonus twice since it started and one of those was because I had Open Heart Surgery and didn't get near a computer for a month or so.

If you are curious, that amounts to $390 in Bonus money.     

P.S. My favorite way to stay active is to look for questions I can answer to help people use Fusioncash better. That can open up discussions without end.
