I got caught in a bad thunderstorm yesterday while driving. The lightning was flashing and the thunder was crashing really close by.

I was scared to death for a while. On my way home on the same road, there were trees and limbs down everywhere. It was a blessing to arrive home safely.  :angel11: Crazy weather lately.

Not thunder that has shook the house or any serious thunderstorms like Debidoo is describing but thunderstorms have been happening around my area for the past couple of days. I mean, they don't last too long nor has anything serious happened like the power being knocked out(which is like the only real concern)...yet.

We have had only 2 really good storms. That damaged some trees.  Most of the time I think we are going to get a storm we just get maybe some lightning and then it goes around us.

We're due for our storm season to start but it's dragging its heels.. I love thunderstorms! Those house shaking thunders are the fun ones lol. I like it to be as big & close as possible short of anyone getting hurt

I like Thunderstorms too but as long as I'm with someone else. Love the rain, Not the lightening.
