Nap time
« on: September 19, 2009, 12:37:35 pm »
Ever since I had my foot surgery, I just want to sleep about this time every day. I am not used to restricted activity at all and am also trying to get off the pain meds. Only 2 more days till Tues, all the staples come out!!

I just had leg surgery, Am doing the same thing,I think I slept for 2 days, now I am up. I had leg, shoulder, and inside fracture on foot in april, they had me on all sorts of these meds. I am really careful to try  to take them mostly only when I need them, it is easy for people to get addicted on this stuff. there are so many bad reports of people getting addicted to pain killers, but I think these people took them for relief of more than pain. If you are careful, and never up your own dose, and especially if you don't need something for the pain, dont' take it. then you are less likely to become one of the statistics.
