I have read the rules and understand. But I have a question. How come my account balance does not show my 5 dollar bonus. I have done everything that was asked. If I could get some help, I would really appreciate it.

I have gone through all the steps and yet my account is still showing zero. How come I haven't gotten my $5 sign on bonus? I would really appreciate it if someone in customer support could help me with this. Thanks.
