I also completed proactive. I haven't goten my $17 which is really agrivating me, becuse I have payed almost $27. For anybody who states that advertisers are being generious and could stop promtions I advise you to chek ebay. On ebay you could get paid $5 for "buying proactive". Why then am I geting robed of almost $27 and not geting my proper fair payment of $17. This is competly unfair. Advertisers are losing integrity by the minute. I hope you credit my accunt for $5 for this nice promtion for the work I farly took time to do and complete. I sincerly hope the Proactive offer goes through. Thanks

The $5 you can earn per person for when they cash out is that only there first time they cash out you get $5 bucks, or is that for ever time they cashout.
