Off-Topic / Did you know why you have short breathing?

I start to feel this for a while ago. Don't know what going with me.  It take me a long time for me to to breath.  I ask my doctor and they told me because of my allergy.  But sometime I see there is no air around me and I really need to breath very heard to get air back.  This any of you have same problem like me?  What would you do? if it have to you?

I think now people live in a society of too much freedom.  I think we need more rules. Don't you agreed?
