Support / Question about "titles"?

I know that after a certain number of posts my "title" will be something other than newbie.  I'm just wondering if this ranking has been published, or if you get any special privileges for having a higher ranking / number of posts.

(e.g. People with >500 posts get to be a "silver member", and over some larger amount to be a "gold member".)

Offers / How often do they add new offers?

I've been to other make money sites before and I've seen one site provide new offers every week.  I'm wondering how often FusionCash adds new sponsors.
