I try to get between eight and nine hours of sleep a night on average more if I have a few extra hours on weekends if possible.

Depending on what time I have to get up affects my decision in what time to go to bed but i often call it a night around 12pm.

If I have a free day and I am a little fatigue I will take a nap but for the most part I don't get to take a nap during the day.

I love to eat corn. I don't care for corn on the cob much though because it gets stuck in my teeth. I am more of a canned sweet corn person myself.
