I like to walk on the trails in the woods with my dog. Sometimes the weather is nice even here in Aroostook county Maine!

Hard rock all the way. I love NickelBack. "They" say it's culture pop or something, but the drums rock my world! Heavy drums are essential for good hard rock. Adversely, I also love bagpipes and violin music. Go figure!

I think craigslist is great-and count my blessings every time no serial killers get in contact! Besides the danger, (like being in a stadium full of strangers, ofCOURSE there is danger, stranger!) craigslist has helped me get jobs, free stuff, and provides me with a place to advertise for my own agenda! bwaaahahahaha.

Having a night time ritual, like locking the doors, having some tea, and reading a book with soft lighting, and soft music.
Keeping a journal by your bed to write down worries, or things you forgot to do, or nightmares help to put them "away" so your mind can rest at ease.
Stop watching tv, and using the comp about an hour before you actually get into bed-the lights are stimulating, as well as the content-SOMETIMES!

I like the guy who sold everything he had on Ebay, and then used the money to fund amazing life experiences and goals. That's the only investment worth the return! (at least on a personal level.)
