I believe that I read a similar post a few weeks back and Fusion Cash eventually was able to fix the problem. My memory is that it took a while and it was a problem on the Fusion Cash end.

You may not have heard back from them because they are working on the problem.

 

I had this same problem. I ended up having to change my email address. It's seems my email provider blocked FC emails. No idea why but I switched emails and things have been working fine!

Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with "transcribing the receipt" task. I have done Fry's, Family dollar and a few others and they always seem to short one. I have 100% accuracy so I know that's not the problem. I did put a support ticket in, just curious if it is just me

Try doing some tasks they don't pay as much as surveys but they are pretty reliable

I agree definitely not a get rich quick site, but those pennies add up fast and at least with the tasks I know there is always some to do unlike the surveys that I may or may not qualify for
