Surveyhead problems?

Is anyone else having trouble with Surveyhead??  I go thru the process and it tells me I have qualified for a survey but when I click to go to survey, it never loads.  This has happened to me numerouse times over the last week or so.  I'm curious to know if anyone is having this same problem.  Thanks

I am having trouble with Surveyhead too. When I click the process bar the another window showed up, and it says "You have already participated in this survey." which I did not. Don't know why!

I too am having the same problem with Surveyhead.  I have been avoiding it the last few days, hoping that when I do visit it again, the problem will have been corrected.

I haven't had that problem, but a large number of the surveys I get directed to say they're closed.

When the first day of a month lands on a weekend, it sometimes happens that surveys don't get 'expired' and removed when they should, because people aren't in the office.  It should be better tomorrow.

Still no luck with surveyhead.  Just tried it and still get the same thing; not going on into survey.  Hope it will be fixed one of these days as I have enough trouble qualifying for surveys.
