Is anyone else having problems with Surveyhead?

After answering each set of pre-qualifying questions and typing in the letters on the screen it says "this survey is now closed".  Just curious...

Dont get me wrong I like Surveyhead a lot. I have gotten that message too "This survey is now closed". I dont know why Surveyhead just deletes these surveys. I thought that is why you enter your information in the first place so you dont get these repeat surveys. I seem to get them each time I try to do a survey for them once a day. I get several of the "this survey is now closed" before I get a survey that is open to complete. I wish they would just direct me to a survey that is open instead of going through several surveys that are closed. It would be nice.
