Day 1 of Fitness BootCamp

Did my first day of BootCamp this morning at 5:30am....
All I can say is OH MY GAWD!    It was SO early & cold, but now it's done & I am wide awake & patting myself on the back for a job well done.    :)


Anyone else do bootcamps?   Or exercise so early in the morning?

I exercise, but not booth camp just low impact work out  or walking.
