Offers to click w/silver & gold etc

I have tried everything!!! Still no credit all for any offers requiring one to go to the silver, gold, etc pages. I am doing well otherwise, but I'd still like to know how some of you can get these to go sometimes. I've cleared all the cookies, clicked on the offers, waited a few minutes to close the page.

yeah..I have a problem with these silver offers. I completed a silver offer or Gevalia coffee and bought the 3 boxes for 3 bucks...got the coffee but cannot log in to my site to cancel the membership and still never got credit for doing this! Very frustrating! I now have to cancel that membership by calling them.....

I am also having a problem with the current offers on here with silver gold platinum offers inside. I can not get them to credit at all.
