Any club goer's here?

I'm not a big fan of clubbing or anything. But I went out with my friend the other day and it wasn't too bad. We sat really close to the speakers and my hearing has been a little iffy for the past few days. Anyone know when this will wear off?

Yeah it'll wear off after a while. Don't worry! I'm personally not a big fan of clubs. A few of my friends try to drag me to them and I often refuse. A lot of guys try to take advantage of women-- spiking drinks and whatnot since it's usually so crowded and the changing lights make for good spy work-- we once caught a guy doing this to my friend. A ridiculous amount of phonies go to these places too. And it's hard to talk sometimes because, as you stated, the music is blasted too loud. Granted some bars are like this, but I much prefer bars over clubs. It's so much easier to just start talking to people in a bar for me.

I'd rather go to a bar as well, or better yet stay home and drink. It's cheaper and there is no worries about having to designate a driver. And the only ones around here that can spike my drink is my husband and my cat... don't trust that cat too much.  Also, you'll be happy to know MY HEARING IS BACK! Yayy hearing! I was a little worried there for a moment.

I go to concert clubs constantly, but thats about it.

No I didn't get into the Club thing or The bar scene  it was cheaper to stay home and party. But when I did go out it was to the bar.

Agreed. Just sometimes you gotta get out and try/see something new. Bands at bars and all that stuff.

A few years ago for about two and a half years I would club all the time Wednesday through Saturday almost every week and I had a ball.  My friends are all scattered now in different countries and I miss those days just going out with my friends and having the time of my life.

I don't party, or go to clubs. I would like to, but I have no friends to go with me.  I'm a goody-goody.
