Headache

Drink water!  I have been told that if you get headaches - it is your bodies way of telling you to drink more WATER
Not too sure about this, but hey, if it works....it's a cheap remedy and won't hurt you that's for sure!

although migraines is closely related to headaches, (coz i have migraines that comes a couple of days every month) the best remedy i could offer is SLEEP... it works fine with me and if i could do it i would rather take a nap than take some pain relieving pills...

Excedrin migraine works for me.  I used to have pills prescribed for migraines (Relpax maybe) but they got too expensive.

yeah migraine meds are expensive one reason im thankful that sleep and rest relieves my headache...in circumstances that i really need to be up i take meds
