Fastest And Free Way to earn cash?

I'm a new and just signed up.  I was wondering which offers or surveys have all of the following:
- free to participate (no memberships/credit card registration required)
- quick to complete
- pay $1 or more

Trying to make a good amount of money with as many short surveys/offers possible. I figured the more short/easy offers and surveys available, the more I can complete thus the more money I can earn. Seems like the most effective method to go by.
