Tips for referrals?

Would anyone like to share any tips with me on how to get more referrals? Maybe trade some ideas or something. If you dont want to share wit the forum understand. could pm me

Maybe you haven't noticed, there is no PM on this forum. I got most of my referrals from YouTube and social networking.

I'm new here but am pretty excited about the possible earning potential, so I have already posted banners up on my own forum in 3 different threads, as well as added a script to my signature on the forum!
