Anybody sell on ebay?

I just started to sell stuff on Ebay.  Don't quite have a success story yet.  Must not be listing the right stuff the right way or I am too new for people to trust.  I sold a recipe that i made 20 cents on....and the lady thought she was buying the bowl I showed the in the picture.  She was fine with it but it taught me good lesson.  Well, I will keep trying.

Either she did not read the WHOLE auction like most do NOT or you worded it incorrectly. But I think I will go with she did not read the auction to its fullest! I get those a lot since I sell model truck parts & the pictures look realistic, they think they are buying parts for a REAL rig truck! LOL

i have never sold anything on ebay but have thought about it.im getting ready to move and have alot of stuff to get rid of. i'll have to give it a try.

I used to sell on eBay until I almost got screwed over by this buyer that can't read. eBay does nothing to protect its sellers; sellers can't even leave negative feedback anymore!  I still buy on eBay

Yep you can sell pretty much anything on ebay if it's in good shape. I sell clothes, beauty products, shoes ect. I go to the post office very often.

I use to buy and sell alot on ebay, now I just buy stuff. It is alot easier to sell on Craigslist or specific forums.

i've never had this for nearly 600 transactions. i have all my information verified and a nice rating so maybe that is why.

i personally think the system is set up for us all to succeed. The fees are a bit high for my taste, but i'm sure i'd do the same thing if i were a major shareholder.

eBay does not have control over anyones monies..
What you are talking about sounds more like a dispute between buyer & seller in which PayPal will hold the money until the dispute is resolved. That has happened to me once, thank god & I won! (I was the seller)...lol
Otherwise, I have no complaints except the sellers cannot leave negative feedback & that eBay keeps taking away my Power Seller status because I do not make the minimum that is required to stay a power seller! Once you make that title you should keep it!

I have thought about setting up an ebay account, however i haven't done it yet. I have a lot of stuff i could stand to get rid of sitting around my house.

I went as far as setting the account up....and now I really need to figure out how to sell stuff on there!!  I hear people can make good money selling their "junk"!!
