need help adding annimatins etc

Ok i am very familiar with annimations--HTML codes etc--but for life of me can't figure out how to add an annimation here-just putting the  code in this form doesnt work--copy an paste wont work--so HELP

Your actual Forum picture can either be loaded by browsing thru your computer and picking something you have stored like say in Your Pictures. Or, if you know direct link such as on Photobucket, it must start with http://
