I tried to do it.   Safari would not load it.   I may try it later or tomorrow using Firefox.   Safari is very protective of me.  Sometimes too protective but other times with good reason.

I tried to complete this offer yesterday and halfway done the site froze.   I had no other choice but to restart and reboot my connection. I had this offer under hidden. I'm not sure if it is still available unless I check.
