Referring Friends
« on: December 03, 2007, 04:27:39 pm »
Is it legal to ask my friends (i.e. Windows Live Messenger Contacts) to join FusionCash so they can use it?  I don't mean spam a referral link in a FW'ed message, just asking once when a person logs on.  If they say yes, I give them my link.  If no, then I don't push the matter.  This is within the TOS, right?

You can always ask friends and family to join as long as they are not on a public computer and only one Member per household.

Also, is it legal if I recommend a first offer that they can do that I know will credit for them? I find this an effective way to get them started and to get them used to filling out offers.

You can tell them which ones have credited for you - there are posts about that all over the Forum, but you can't walk them through the offers themselves. (show them step by step how to do them - that's against the rules)  :)

Sweet, I haven't been walking them through, just pointing to offers which have credited for me! Well, thank you so much for your help.  I appreciate it.

Yep totally allowed, that is actually a very good way to get referrals! You just can't send people a bunch of junk mail!
