Maybe clear your cookies and attempt once more. I signed in, saw it, put my info in and bam instant credit.  quick 2 quarters doesn't hurt : )

I was wrong.  I did get credit for this one but I did not receive the email telling me that I got credit.  I checked my account and found myself credited.  Thank you FC.
