:angry7: Ok I'm with At&t its one of those expinsive bundle deals, anyway its really starting to cost me an arm and a leg, basically I cant afford the crazy rates. so I'm trying to think of another provider that I can switch to, because I'm really fed up with the rates please do any of you have any recommendation's for a good inexpensive phone service provider :peace:

Hey i have att as well and every month for the last 3 months ive had to call and try to fix my bill because they cant seem to get my old long distance plan off there so  im being charged for TWO long distance plans...sorry..venting there...
If you are just looking for phone service you might try Magic Jack...that is if you have broadband. i had it and it didnt work out so great for me because my internet isnt fast enough and my connection is shady..thats all because of my provider and where i live though. I know several ppl that have it and i cant tell the difference when they call me..they have really fast internet though.

We use Verizon and have had NO trouble at all - they are very helpful in billing matters and I recommend them completely - hope that helps!  :)

I am in the same (sinking) boat you are with AT&T! Every time I turn around, I am on the phone with them about my bill. The problem is I have to keep my landline for internet and unlimited long distance, since family/friends are all out of state or my city. I JUST checked out Verizon, after mc1962 said that, and they are not available in my area.  :P The only other options I have would end up costing me more and I would have to give up my satellite TV and go back to local cable, which I am not willing to do since they have lousy service and packages. AT&T pretty much has my area locked in and they know it.  :BangHead:

Have you thought about transferring your landline to your current cell phone provider??  Usually you can add a line for 9.99 a month.

ATT makes me want to vomit. I prefer anybody but ATT. Verizon sound better.
