How did your parents meet?

I just told the story of how my parents met.  They were actually set up on two blind dates.  One by my mom's uncle (dad cleaned the windows of his pharmacy when in college) and one by my mom's sorority sisters - but by then they had already met.  Married 60 years till my dad passed away in 2000.

Or, tell how your grandparents met.  Those can be some really unique stories.

My Grandparents met in High School and were Married for over 50 years till my grandfather passed away

My Parents met in High School and were married over 20 years till they got divorced

My wife and I met in High School and are going on 8 years married, I am shooting to be like my grandparents

My parents... Oh geez they met in a bar. Lol then they went to Denny's afterwards... They have been together for 20 years but every year get's worse and worse.. they would've been divorced a long time ago if it wasn't for us kids.

my mom and dad met at a bar lol;;
my dad died well was killed when my mother was 4 months pregnant with me
i never met him!...

so my step dad that was in my life since i was like 8 months old!...
my mom adn him met
my mom put me down to sleep in the crib
adn my brother that is two years 2 months oldder then me
fell and broke his head open
so my mom went to the next door people that baby sat us alot to use the phone adn get help!..
with my brother and iuguess...
the ladys brother was there anwerd the door with no shirt adn then he asked my mom on a date!..
well she was holding my crying brother with blood on his head lol

hmm well mai parents both went to a party at their college in russia under their friends' influnce. they met there, started talking, then after they graduated, got married in sudan then moved to the u.s.

they met at church when they were in their 20's and also lived close to each other a few blocks appart in Louisville KY.

My father was a young sailor and went into a bakery shop and there she was, but sadly they never talked about it when I was younger.

Interesting discussion topic...lol...my parents met on a blind date , set up by a real estate agent (I believe)....don't know how many of my other relatives met actually, though I love hearing other's stories!

My dad was docked near a restaurant where my grandmother worked. My mother would walk around the docks with her little sisters sometimes. Long story short, they eloped.
